She’s usually pretty tired… working several jobs and trying to finish a disseration.  But in her good moments, she’s got a great sense of humor and loves to laugh.  She often finds herself homesick for the South Pacific, and consoles herself in Colorado.  She has two feline companions–Teva and Ray–named for the feminists Kristeva and Irigaray.

Jürgen Moltmann used to tell my academic advisor, Nancy Bedford, “nulla dies sine linea.”  And this is the mantra by which this blog begins…
